All staffs at the reception desk were so nice to provide travel information, all of them were willing to help and very professional. The setting of our room was lovely but the house keeping staffs ruined my mood and almost everything...

Water kept dropping from the ceiling of the corridor right inside my room. The lady who took care my room just left my carpet wet without doing anything, besides she had never refilled shampoo, hair conditioner and lotion. I had to ask the reception for those stuffs everyday. The house keeping department of this hotel really needs to have retraining!!!
